I'm currently right outside the entrance to the higher-ranking Lionetta headquarters. The door is halfway up one of the tall buildings that's about a five-minute walk from Cherry on Top. Can't get in from the ground floor.

Access looks like it's via a black badge with some kind of symbol. I haven't been able to make it out yet.

I'm just watching, for now. Will let you all know if anything else happens.
