Okay, someone has to say it. What the actual fresh Frank Herbert hell is going on?

[Ivy's taken the time to go undercover-ish, insofar as she's found some of the local clothes and she's not running amok or anything. Not that running amok is her normal MO, but she's pissed off enough that she would be lying if she said the idea weren't tempting.]

So is everyone else not where they're supposed to be? Because I was going down planning to commune with the cactuses and tumbleweed, but instead I'm over here surrounded by people.

[A sigh, then she mutters softly:] I hate people.

[Followed by a beat, then she corrects herself.]

I hate most people, but I guess since I'm here now I'll do my best at the infiltration side of things.
