Honestly, it's a shitty situation; she's still kind of peeved it even happened, but... Jake at least looks bewildered and wigged out, too. The important thing isn't feeding her short temper. The important thing is helping bring Wei Wuxian down. Like, bodily, but also his obvious distress.

Distress that is making her distressed about his distress. She's never seen him this upset before, not over something like this. So relenting for now, she tosses the Teen Bop mag to the side, looking to Finn and Jake with a frown as she steps closer, arms folded over her chest. Her voice goes a touch lower:]
