[ this is strange to do without the iris network, but it isn't hard. every network is the same after all. ]

Hello. I have a few questions, if people don't mind.

1) How does time work here? Does it pass? Do people really get older?

2) Has anyone died on a mission?

3) How old are you?

I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

That's a lot of questions to come in on. What are you, a cop?

Time is an illusion. It’s a social and mental construct we use to make sense of the world around us. It works the same here as it does anywhere in that we keep schedules to maintain our sanity. It’s just a little harder to keep it organized without the movement of the sun.

The Ximilia exists outside of space and time. You would need to speak with our medical staff about the specifics of aging on a cellular level.

One individual has died that I know of.

not answering that last question because he doesn't really do Personal Info on the network, but. yk. #helping.

I feel like I've aged a hundred years. Does that answer the first question?

One, yes, pretty sure. Two, once on a mission — someone covered that for you.

Three, I'm 17. 18 in February.

You worried about time and death? There's a pretty big club to join here, in that case.

I think most people have covered the first two question for you— but what does our age have to do with anything?

[A robot approaches.]

I don't recall any member of our crew dying on a mission, but time passes on the station just as it passes in each world. That lead to some issues in the past when looking for the orbs after spending too much time on one planet.

I, personally, am over 5 million years old, but I am an outlier among the organics.

[ if andy answered any of these questions, she would skew the results exponentially. they don't feel as applicable to her. ]

[ she will, however, answer one of them. for funsies. and without much explanation. ]

I've died on some of them. [ it continues to be both bizarre and comforting to be so upfront about it. ] But I wouldn't recommend it for most of us.

For your first question, yes, time passes. Often at a somewhat irregular rate, given how Viveca sometimes staggers our arrivals during missions.

As for the second question- someone died once, but was revived.

[By Sabriel]

For the third, I'm about twenty years old.
