we can't take them back with us. It's not that it's against the rules, I don't even think it's possible. There was another planet that was going to be destroyed by a meteor. We helped them evacuate but bringing them on board wasn't an option, and that means of evacuation was a one time thing.
But I don't know if things are that dire yet. Hopefully we can help them before it gets that bad.
