Ey, Kaidan...what floor are you in now? I don't suppose you could give me a hand putting my shoulder back in place? It's a bit of an inconvenience and Peter needs my help outside.

I just managed to get out of the twenty-fourth floor. I have some field medical training, so I should be able to help you if it's nothing too serious. I don't have medi-gel on me for more.

I'm on the twenty- five, I'll head down the stars and we can meet there. Seems like the safest place. It's nothing life-threatening, really...few bruises, some cuts...the shoulders are the most annoying part.

[ Which means it hurts like a bitch, and he can't use his right arm. ]

[ Peter looks like he's seen better days, clutching his right arm to try and not jostle it more than necessary as he moves down the stairs. He can't move as fast as he would like, either, because his ribs are bruised something fierce, but he doesn't think any of those are broken. ]

Ey, Kaidan...uh...you don't normally glow, do you?

[majorbiotic]

[It's okay, he's a soldier; he's seen bad injuries. He drops his barrier as he gets closer to Peter]

Oh, that's the barrier I told you about before. It gives me an extra layer of protection. Now... let me see.

[He gently reaches out to touch the wounded arm, feeling where the shoulder was dislocated]

I think I can pop it back into place, but you need to be careful with it. It will still need to heal.

[ True that. Considering Daisy's powers, Peter got lucky this time, and he managed to knock her cold before she could hit him strongly enough to break something. He blinks at Kaidan, gears turning in his head, and then he gives a nod. They had first talked about it weeks ago, but now he remembers. ]

Right! Bionic powers, of course. That looks pretty cool. [ He tries to stay still as the other man checks his shoulder and only winces a little as it's jostled. ]

Once it's all over, and we're back at the station, I promise to behave. [ If we survive the mission, he doesn't say. He's worried about Peter Parker, and they can't afford to waste more time. ] I'm ready, just...do what you must. The other needs us.

[He only gives a short warning before popping the shoulder back into place. He really wishes he had medi-gel to give]

I'll keep working on evacuating people. You get to Parker. Try not to use that arm.

[ It's quick and efficient, Peter can both feel and hear the bone getting into place. it still has him cursing out loud in an alien language Kaidan probably never heard about.

Peter nods at the words, taking a couple of deep breaths and rolling his shoulder slightly. ]

Ugh...okay, thanks Kaidan. Be careful out there, okay?

Of course. [He's already glowing blue again, ready to go] See you around.

[He'll wait to make sure Peter is okay enough to get back to the mission before moving on himself]

See ya! [ Peter gives him a two finger salute with his left hand and smiles before heading up the stairs and toward the nearest window. Chances are that he will have to break it open to fly through it, if Kaidan hears some glass breaking, he doesn't have to worry.

They will see each other again once all this is over. ]
