Well... 'Tongue twister' is just the name for it in English. In Japanese we call it '早口言葉' -- hayakuchi kotoba. It involves quickly reciting phrases made up of words that are difficult to pronounce properly when placed together. Like, 'she sells seashells by the seashore" is a common one in English.
