video — un: joe
[ joe, looking fine as hell, pops on to the network via video, sat on a fence post and feeding his pretty blackish-roan mare a handful of oats and horse treats. ]
Friends, I have recently come into possession of a spell scroll that is, in my non-magical opinion, quite powerful. It's called "ultimate cancel" — which I did not name, I would have gone for ... "The Last Word". Hm, yeah. [ he nods, satisfied with his own contribution, what a dingdong. ]
It cancels any effect that is magical in nature so I'm not sure if a cleric should be carrying it, but it has instructions for how to learn if one of the more magically inclined among us would like to give it a whirl.
We were relayed this by a woman named Nina Darkwood who it turns out is both Dweyre and Degar's mother. She's lovely.
[ she made joe cry! ]
She told us that Dweyre and Ellia Roundtree were in love, all but married, if not in name than in spirit. Losing Dweyre lead her to something of a reclusive life. She's left Alydhion entirely by all accounts.
[ joe can relate, how many of y'all had seen him about after nicky had left? not many! ]
I know a lot of the stories we've heard paint her as the enemy but they don't strike me as particularly accurate in light of her continued relationship with her dead lover's mother. [ and joe doesn't trust a paladin, like at all, on sight, so fuck jun. turns out a man whose people were slaughtered in a so called holy war doesn't give a fuck about the opinions of, uh, holy knights. respectfully, suck his dick. ]
Anything else? [ the view pans to andy, atop her own intimidating black horse. she has clearly just shoved a handful of food in her mouth, but it doesn't stop her from mumbling "no" around the food. crumbs spill out. there's a slight pause, muffled laughter, before joe gestures back at his horse. ] This is Guinevere. Tell her she is pretty.

It takes a skilled practitioner to make their own spells. Especially one with such a powerful effect.
