(ooc: Yujin's replies will be limited as he's getting the hell outta there, so please feel free to threadjack/discuss around :|b)
[The video comes from Yujin, but the "camera" is half-obscured by a curtain and the man himself is deathly silent. There's just enough room to see the mayor and a security guard, however, and you can just make out their conversation:
A minute later, Yujin hastily tacks on some notes:]
No leads at the secretary's office. City and election records all seem normal.
The moon watches us as well as the sun. Is this the same entity?
Possible that the mayor is protecting the town from the eye (?) by doing away with disruptive forces?
Like Miss Sabriel, I have had no access to the bodies of the dead in the morgue.
Holmes, Watson, Naruhodo, and I are safe, but how many of our number have caught their attention now? In addition to Naruhodo and Watson just now: Yzak Jule, Daisy Johnson, Newton Geiszler - have there been others?

"I see. And Mr Clifton has not been seen? So someone must have been searching his office, then. I wonder what for... surely there are more valuables downstairs than in any individual offices." She shakes her head. There's a brief, barely visible glance at Sherlock Holmes in the shadows of their hiding place before the feed cuts out.
"Well, do go and see if anything has been taken. I'll alert Mr Clifton to what has happened. Now, one more thing... what did you say the names of the two gentlemen were?"
After the guard answers, she sighs. "I see. Best let the morgue know, just in case. We may need to be prepared with a pair... let's hope not, but the moon has been bright tonight."
A minute later, Yujin hastily tacks on some notes:]

Let the morgue know? He feels a chill run up his spine at the words. ]
Well, that's unnerving.

[The question is, can they.]

[ He'll sure make an attempt, anyway. Begrudgingly. ]

But I do wonder if being fired would come before "disappearing." After all, he's missing, now, too.

I think we should keep an eye on Mr. Clifton, as well.

I'm truly sorry that you've been put at risk.

Not like we can sit around twiddling our thumbs either.

Neither of you should go out alone for the time being. If no one is available, I am.
[ He has his ways and to hell with his musician job. ]

[Like Sherlock, he was hoping to put any risk on himself-- not the others. This is Not good.]

Yet whoever sent the coded message would certainly be put at risk. If they're using the code, she will know they went through her things. And if even the slightest questioning puts the townspeople under scrutiny... there is a very real danger that the person asking would be swiftly dispatched of.
I don't think we should ask directly until we're positive she will answer directly too.

I cannot say the same for any locals who've gone astray. By now we're all aware what happened with Mr. Myrsdin.
