yo, okay, so: hear me out

maybe i am going way too west side story with this, but i've really been thinking about it and does anyone think we could make a good show of family loyalty by some kind of stand against an opposing one???

obviously we don't have to REALLY hurt each other or anything, just, kinda, make it look like it. like a flash mob only with less dancing. unless you wanna dance and i guess then i wouldn't stop you i am just not sure how many points you'd get with the big guns with dance moves. unless they're really good dance moves. or the other families seem more into that sort of thing but lionetta is kinda not that vibe just saying wait what was i saying

right. flash mob. that's like, more of an actual mob. only with fake fighting. like wwe. just maybe don't hit anybody with chairs. or maybe you can, just ask first?

Oh, I know, Shepard's bad ideas always seem to work out well for the most part. That's why I'm not completely dismissing the bad idea.

So there's a musical about sharks and jets? It sounds a little silly, but lots of people like the Blasto movies and they're ridiculous. Oh, wrestling, yeah. That sport isn't as popular these days. The past sounds really strange. Wonder if this is how Javik feels? Except your past wasn't even that long ago, was it?

whoa. 100 years? what's that like? or is that too hard to answer when it's so broad, how can you possibly describe your entire life experience in compact terms

A little hard to put down into words. I'm a marine on a space frigate and our crew has several non-human species onboard. Our ship's AI goes out on missions with us sometimes using a mobile platform.

I'm simplifying, but that should give you an idea.

it does give me an idea, though, thanks. we hardly had space travel anymore in my stretch of the universe, it's wild to think of people exploring it freely and easily

It's not that big. It was built for stealth and speed more than power.

not that big? well not that big as of my understanding is a crew of 2-3. i'm guessing it might be different for you in a space faring civilization

That's a fair point. Our crew is much bigger than three. If you count our AI and Liara's VI assistant, we have about twenty or so.

well that's not HUGE huge. is it possible though? like, cruise ships in space, 1000s of people at once?

Oh, sure. The Destiny Ascension went on a cruise a while ago. It can hold almost ten thousand people.

wow. holy buckets. we hardly have cruise ships that big, it's insane to imagine a vessel that size in space. how are they powered??? how do you fuel a spacefaring craft that size?

It's a material we call element zero. It powers all of our ships. And it's used in a lot of other ways, too. Generating artificial gravity, in making medicine, construction materials. It's the basis for a lot of our technology.

I'm not that familiar with old science fiction vids. I was more a fan of action and adventure. But it sounds like you got the idea.
