Noticed an influx of new and kinda-new faces over the last few days or weeks or whatever.

So here's my handy dandy welcome board! Recently updated, to keep with the times.

sounds like a monster movie. those can be pretty cool. what did you think?

Ah, well... [a long, long pause of contemplation then:] If I'm being honest, I enjoyed it for the most part, but a lot of the spiders looked unrealistic. It took away from the ‘horror’ element a bit? Though I think that might also be part of why I liked it; the silliness of some scenarios.

Is there a certain subgenre for that?
