Noticed an influx of new and kinda-new faces over the last few days or weeks or whatever.

No. It's the best description for the particular shade of red.

Not sure if you can get it here, at least that I've seen. Closest that I have seen seems to be your fried chicken and gravy, though it is not exactly the same. The meat is a bit leaner from what I can tell.
