So, it seems to be just over sixty of us now. More than double the amount that was here when I first turned up. Looks like some of them left though, so I guess they changed their minds.

[Not that he knew most of them. But he has eyes. And a need to keep track of things like that.]

Far as we all know, this is the third time people have been brought here. Ninety-one days since we first started turning up.

Now, I ain't saying I'm an expert. But I'm just going to field a few questions before they come up.

Yes, there's another area called the Northern Wing. No, we can't go in. Yes, we've met someone who seems to live on the other side. No, we can't talk to him.

[Except...that last part might not be true. He hasn't actually asked Viveca if they could talk to him]

We're meant to get a supply drop once every thirty days or so. Spare clothes and supplies are all stored at the end of the common room. You need something specific, speak to Viveca. Ain't promising she'll be able to get it, but can't hurt to ask, right?

If this is your first time in space, talk to Jim Kirk. He's been running sessions for anyone who hasn't been off planet before.

You need to eat more than the average person here, let Dusty Fields know. High calorie rations are marked, but he's keeping track of supplies with a couple of others.

Guess I should also add, you want to get laid, talk to Newton Geiszler. I'm sure the Doc would love to give you a little TLC.

Who said I was worrying? I'm just saying. Telling someone to not go somewhere is only gonna make them curious and go there.

At least. That's what I've done back home. Never claimed to be the adult. I'm pretty sure I'm the youngest here or close to it if not, actually.

Think you're missing the part where most of them are gonna check it out anyway. At least this way, they know what to expect.

Oh they totally are. But yeah, I guess. I'm just more the 'if there isn't a door, I'll make my own' type. And not the most obedient.

[Which. Sure is usually more an exit strategy in getting himself out of trouble, but. Could also include him sneaking in where he shouldn't be. Assuming his alchemy wouldn't raise any alarms or attention with the tell-tale pale blue sparks it emits.]

There is that one too. Yes. I'm well acquainted with that one. Trust me. I've broken rules. Laws. When I felt it was right.

Well. Sometimes, the right thing to do is to help out, even if you do so in a way that ends up breaking the rules. This one time, I tricked this guy that owned these mines into giving me the deed (by transmuting culm to look like gold for a while) which I gave to the people. Because he wasn't treating them right. I reported the owner too in my report on how things were going there too.

And that's not counting the times I've snuck in somewhere I shouldn't have been, like with Laboratory Five.

[Or, for example the attempt at Human Transmutation. But there's only very few people here yet that he's opened up to on that.]
