[It's that time again! ...good luck, Ximilia]
So, it seems to be just over sixty of us now. More than double the amount that was here when I first turned up. Looks like some of them left though, so I guess they changed their minds.
[Not that he knew most of them. But he has eyes. And a need to keep track of things like that.]
Far as we all know, this is the third time people have been brought here. Ninety-one days since we first started turning up.
Now, I ain't saying I'm an expert. But I'm just going to field a few questions before they come up.
[And undoubtedly leave it to the actual professional once the follow up questions come]
Yes, there's another area called the Northern Wing. No, we can't go in. Yes, we've met someone who seems to live on the other side. No, we can't talk to him.
[Except...that last part might not be true. He hasn't actually asked Viveca if they could talk to him]
We're meant to get a supply drop once every thirty days or so. Spare clothes and supplies are all stored at the end of the common room. You need something specific, speak to Viveca. Ain't promising she'll be able to get it, but can't hurt to ask, right?
If this is your first time in space, talk to Jim Kirk. He's been running sessions for anyone who hasn't been off planet before.
You need to eat more than the average person here, let Dusty Fields know. High calorie rations are marked, but he's keeping track of supplies with a couple of others.
[Oh, right-]
Guess I should also add, you want to get laid, talk to Newton Geiszler. I'm sure the Doc would love to give you a little TLC.
[:D]
If you've got any questions, you're looking for Sam Wilson.
[:D :D]

What, not gonna manfully carry me yourself? I'm disheartened, Captain.
( Once they settle into their pace, easy because the last thing he wants is to need that tow, Tony slides his free hand into his pocket, and glances aside at Sam once more. Not staring, no. Considering, with what might be a flicker of regret in his eyes. He promised him though. Time to hold up his side of the bargain. )

Oh, that how it is, you just want the full bridal carry? Y'know I'm not wearing the jetpack, that means I could just throw you over my shoulder instead without melting your face off...
[ And he glances to the side. Raises one eyebrow. Keeps the banter up, but he can feel Tony's gaze flitting to him, and meets him for it. Invites Tony to say what he's waffling over, because Sam's got a feeling he knows where it's going. ]

Gosh darnit, it's cute. On a guy who could cut steel with the sharpness of his glare, over here looking like a bashful kid who's just been asked out by the hottest person in school. Sam is extraordinarily charming, and the honest modesty of his smile just says that Steve made the right call.
And then Tony looks straight ahead. Hems and haws to himself, because the words won't come out right, so he spends a few moments opening and closing his mouth, and wetting his lips. When he glances back at Sam, his gaze has gone carefully distant, and resolute. )
I'm gonna need to take you up on that offer.

Part of him wants to sit Tony down and over-explain: I'm not a doctor, this ain't ever gonna be as neat or as easy a doctor could do it, I'm sorry it's come to this, I wish we had other feasible options, I wish you'd survived to begin with...
He doesn't say it. Just reaches over and curls his hand around Tony's good shoulder for a moment, gives it a firm squeeze. ]
Alright. I got you.
