[ So, Finn waited an entire whole day before getting on here. There's a lot of Concerns(TM) that he'd like to voice, some of them to a few individuals in private, but he's managed to boil all of his thoughts down into some sense after yesterday. Which is where this comes in. ]

Hi, everyone. First of all, my eyes are fixed. I can see again. If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry. Everything's fine now.

Anyway, this was the second mission in a row that we've had to fight. Considering there's only been two missions, it's likely this will be the norm. We're working a lot better as a team now but we should have plans in place ahead of time, especially if we get split up like that again. Know each others strengths, weaknesses, get some offensive and defensive strategies for a typical battle. I just think it's something we should discuss as a group. I'm familiar with battle tactics and can offer up any intelligence that might be needed.

In the meantime, I've noticed that some of us here don't know how to fight or use most weapons. If you don't want to fight, that's okay, but these situations will probably keep appearing. It'll be best if you know how to defend yourself. If anyone wants to learn self-defense or how to properly use firearms, you can meet me in the training room in the morning. If there's enough interest, we can make this a more scheduled thing.

we should still team up. we did good on the first mission. didn't get to see you in Braccia, though.

braccia was certainly a time. undercover ain't really my skill set, honestly, so I was already laying fairly low. then we had some losses. people sent back home, I mean.

[ He says it lightly, but then Finn already knows that Sam has a tendency to breeze past his own devastation like it's nothing. ]

I'll gladly be back up in your business now that's over, man.

[ Yeah, not totally breezing past that one. But what Finn really hates is that he hadn't noticed... Anyway, he won't let the subject linger. ]

I look forward to that. Maybe we can spar sometime. If you do that sort of thing.

don't gotta ask me twice the training room's a necessity to fly my wingsuit, but I could use a more regular sparring partner, to be honest.

[ Rey is kind of crazy strong, sure, but she's also a feral maniac. Finn means this in a loving way. ]

[ Having super powers isn't something that is unusual or surprising - Sam's been surrounded by individuals with powers of one kind or another for years now, some of them to an insane degree quite frankly. ]

I'm happy to help you put that to the test if you'd like.

you asking if I'm sure just makes me consider this a dare, which means yeah, I'm absolutely sure. Let's find out how complicated it is.

[ Honestly, he's unconcerned. Finn's a good man, far as Sam can tell - he's not too worried about getting screwed over. But excited to see about Finn's abilities all the same. ]
