[OOC: Instead of just throwing the suggestion in the event log, I figured this might be a good way to ICly figure things out? This is the info I got from the mods in regards to Daisy’s powers when it comes to orb retrieval.]

The problem is all of the lava pouring out of there. We could risk waiting it out, but who knows if the orb could just keep it going.

That depends what the full list of our resources looks like. I'm not going to shrug off a couple immortals on that list, but I'd like to call that a last case option.

Yelena and I both have grappling hooks. That might be a way they could grab the orb from further off. They'd just have to survive the fumes.

That could work. In fact, the further away we can all be while retrieving this stupid thing, the better.

There's a few images that end up being flashed up. Ideas running through his mind and being shared on the network, despite not realizing quite what he's doing. The first is of the crabs. Of the way they seem to be immune to the lava. The second, the shield on his back. And the last-

It's a crab being used to protect them against the elements. The carcass being repurposed in a similar way to the shield he carries. And despite the inherent dangers it poses, The Soldier has no issue with having to scale the crater in the process. Why would he, when his sole purpose here is to obtain the orb at any cost?]

I've been in hell a few times, I can manage standing in an active volcano for a few minutes. At that point I'd be more worried about volcanic ash, I still gotta breathe. I just won't come out with anything that'll stick around for long.
