[ of course, rita sets up a visual because the starlet always wants to be seen (except when she doesn't). at the present time, she seems rather enthusiastic like she's fighting a proud grin, one that suggests she's ready to give herself a pat on the back at any moment. ]

Good evening, everyone! For those who don't know me, I am Rita Farr, your Team Morale Coordinator.

[ wait, who assigned her that position? ]

As you all well know, we have been joining mission after mission with the intention of collecting orbs to protect the world and save towns from devastation. In a way, you might say we're ... space-travelling superheroes!

And as any superhero would tell you, it's very important to have codenames for our mission. Obviously, we often obtain our very own undercover civilian names. But in the line of duty, when we're in the heat of the fight, we should just as well have assigned titles to continue preserving our identities.

As the Ximilia's Team Morale Coordinator — [ again, who voted her into that position? ] I took it upon myself to select carefully crafted codenames for each and every one of you.

[ she then holds up a sheet of paper, featuring a list of all of the orbers, each with another name printed beside them. ]

You will find this list posted in the Mess Hall. Please take a moment at your best convenience to study the list and memorize each of the names listed for future use. Though I worked very hard to select them — [ she clears her throat, brushing her hair back. ] I suppose that if you have any issue with the name chosen for you, we can discuss making possible changes. Though I don't see why anyone would want to.

I would ask how they managed to do so, but knowing them, it makes sense.

Oh, you know, the usual sticking a certain nose into others' business.

[ He dares wonder what title Byleth would have gotten. ]

[That gets a chuckle out of Dimitri.]

Indeed. They are very good at that.

Without a doubt. Some of us probably need it.

[ cough, Dimitri. ]

If you think about it, not everyone's the best at looking after themselves.

That compels others to step in, yeah?

[Dimitri is quiet for a moment.]

Yes. It does. But the professor just seemed to want to help everyone.

True enough. Hard not to worry for people you were responsible for in the past, even if the situation changes.

[ That's held true even after the war started. ]

... Yes.

[Ah, but does he care about everyone the same though.]

As it stands, I guess I get to take up the mantle of worrying about somebody, as the one here to do it.

[ He knows of Dimitri's self care crimes. ]

Who will you worry about, then?

[Not him, certainly.]

I think the answer is obvious.

[ Dimitri, please. ]

[Dimitri doesn't know many people in Ximilia, so he can't think of anyone Yuri would like to watch over.]

[ Dimitri definitely knows the man in question. ]

Look in the nearest reflective surface, you'll see the guy.

See, this is why I picked the right name for you. It was either that or Mr. Man of Mystery.

[ always with the air of enigma, this one. but color her intrigued with his suggestion. ]

So, you're telling me, you may be using a stage name? Very Hollywood of you.

Ah, but do I want to advertise having secrets to begin with?

[ Besides, everyone has their share, right?

Granted not so many as him, so she's not wrong. ]

I don't know what you mean by wood, but let's just say when you lead a rough life, you keep things separated.

Hollywood — it's the city where people go to become actors to do film. A form of theatre, if you have that.

[ she's still trying to get the hang of explaining her world to someone who doesn't know the concepts. ]

But I guess that's ... understandable. I actually — well, Rita Farr isn't my real name either. I know a bit of what it is to want to keep certain things separated.

Like theatre, I take it.

[ He supposes that's something like Enbarr, if only because the Mittlefrank Opera Company calls that affluent city home.

Fortunately, he's getting accustomed to bridging these gaps too. Othere reach for common meaning, and he thinks it proper to do the same. ]

Sounds like we sing the same tune then... Guessing these hero names have that consideration in mind as well? I've another moniker that might fit the bill. Wouldn't mean anything to anyone here but Dimitri, if even him.

Something like that. I mean, I figured no one would bother trying to come up with their own, so I thought I could just skip a step and do the work for them. I thought it more a courtesy than invasion.

[ clearly she had the wrong perspective on that. ]

But if this other moniker is something you're interested in floating around, by all means, you're welcome to share.

I fancy it depends on the individual. So long as I know I'm being referred to, and it's no slight to my person, I'm not terribly picky.

Though I must confess, I'd never have pegged the future king of my homeland as "Bread Man".

[ He just barely contains the amusement in his tone. Yuri means it as no insult to her creativity, and he has no doubt that Dimitri doesn't actually go around telling people his status, but he's sure some Faerghan nobles would have terribly amusing reactions to it.

For his part, he thinks it's cute. ]

I'm more curious what you'd think of it, as someone who also deals in alternative names. In the underground, I happen to be known as "Savage Mockingbird". Not that anyone would pair that role with my face, of course, and it is a bit of a mouthful.
